FOR EACH PUPPET YOU WILL NEED:
old tennis ball
TOOLS: permanent markers
1. Ask an adult t o cut a 2-inch (5-cm) slit across each ball.
2. Make a sample puppet ahead of time t o have ready t o show your guests what they will be making. Use the markers t o draw a mouth around the cut in the ball. Draw eyes and hair above the mouth.
3. To make the puppet talk just squeeze the ball on each side of the mouth, and the mouth will open and close.
