Here is another Clown. This party Clown fish we had made for a bay area after school program. The clown fish puppet was made out of dyed polyurethane foam. Batman is a character which every kid knows about. He is a super hero who is physically fit and mentally agile to take on all evil and evil doers in the world. He is the advocator of good. Because of this kids admire him and even impersonate him while at play. For your kids, Batman is an ideal hero. Batman uses the knowledge of science and math in his crime fighting tools and this attracts today’s kids. So it can be a very good birthday theme for the youngsters.
Because of its universal appeal the super hero batman theme is something very interesting one can have at a kid’s birthday celebration. You can make invitation cards having bat wings as the theme. Jungle Joe was featured on a the Korean KBS television station. The TV crew followed California Puppets onto several sites. The crew filmed the California Puppet workshop and a couple of San Francisco Bay Area kids event Parties. The clown fish puppet held by the TV host was made by California Puppets as well. The child that was interviewed on the tape was from a kids birthday party entertainment in San Jose CA. Jungle Joe was also featured on a TV program aired in North Africa during his Visit to Africa tour. The tour was sponsored by the charitable organization “Sourire d’Espoir”. Translated to mean Smiles of Hope, the tour was to benefit undeserved kids stricken with cancer and other chronic diseases. Please check often for new videos and photos of the tour to be posted.
Christmas Puppet Show
Santa turned Tarzan. He has to learn the ways of the jungle in order to deliever all the presents to the jungle dwellers. He has hired a whole new cast of helpers. But watch out, these helpers are still on the job training and kids’ presents may just get mixed up this year. (Very Funny).

If your child loves interesting animals and doing daring stuff, then a jungle safari theme birthday party will rock. Children love wild animals, and adapting jungle party decorations and theme will simply do wonders. Make invitation cards in the form of passport out of construction paper. In addition to that, add notes about the recipient so that each one is exclusive and private to add a fun element to it.
Here are some interesting ideas and stuff you can arrange for your jungle themed party.
Fill the room with jungle leaves and also attach tissue paper plants and flowers. Paint photographs of wild animals like elephants or giraffes. Wrap the tables in animal skin styled cloth and put stuffed animals at the center.
Fill your house with balloons or paper chain in tropical colors like green, tan, yellow. Decorate the paper chain in such a way that they look like vines by twisting and connecting green and yellow streamers jointly.
Cut paw prints out of cardboard and glue it on the ground. On the entrance you can use banner written “Welcome to The Serengeti National Park, Africa!” Dangle the pictures of wild animals on the walls of your party area.
Make palm trees using the cardboard rolls to give a safari look. Cover them with brown and green felt strips.
Cut pictures of monkeys, hippos, elephants and lions and glue them in plywood and lean it against a fence or wall. Present each guest of yours a synthetic safari hat and a pair of binoculars the moment they arrive. Dress the birthday boy/girl before the guest arrives so that he /she can welcome the guests at the door.
Fill the room with jungle themed toys and hide them all over the yard. Tell the kids to search the treat bags while on their way to the safari. Serve flavored punch by referring to it as “Jungle Juice.” Prepare the cake with the jungle safari theme.
Take snaps of children wearing jungle safari hats and binoculars and attach a thank you card so that all the guests have an extraordinary photo remembrance to keep.
